 构造简介

I. Structure

实验室内部

Inside the laboratory

喷雾塔:盐雾经玻璃喷嘴,再经锥形分散器分散到实验室内部。

Spray tower: The salt spray, through the glass nozzle and then the cone disperser, comes to the inside of the laboratory.

喷雾调节器:用于调整喷雾量的大小,调高喷雾塔喷雾量增加,调低喷雾塔喷雾量减少。盐水槽位于喷雾塔底部,其水位是由浮球控制,可自动控制水位,槽内底部有排水口,由硅胶塞控制。

Spray adjustor: Used to adjust the volume of spray. When the spray tower is adjusted higher, the spray volume will increase; when the spray is adjusted lower, the spray volume will decrease. The brine tank is located on the bottom of the spray tower and its level is controlled automatically by the float ball. There is a drainage exit, which is controlled by the silicone stopper.

收 集 器:盐雾以自由落体方式落于面积为2000px2之漏斗杯内,再流至计量杯内。

Collector:    The salt spray falls into the 2000px2 funnel cup in form of free fall and then flows into the measuring cup.

置 物 架:每条(根)支撑重量以不超过2kg,如分散放置可承受重量不超过10kg以内

Storage shelf: The load on every piece of support should not be more than 2kg; in case of separate storage, the total weight should be within 10kg.

过 滤 器:用于过滤盐液中之杂质。

Glass filter:  Used to filtrate the foreign substances in the saline solution.

加 热 水 槽:位于实验室底部,通过加热提高水温以保持试验室温度和湿度。

Heating water tank: It is located on the bottom of the laboratory. Through heating, it can increase water temperature so as to keep the temperature and humidity of the laboratory.

实验室外部

Outside the laboratory

干湿球温度计: 通过干湿球温度值可计算出试验室内湿度。

Dry and wet bulb thermometer: With the dry and wet bulb temperature values, the humidity in the laboratory can be calculated.

计量桶: 收集每次试验之喷雾量

Jigger: Used to collect the spray for every test.

隔绝水槽: 利用水封原理,以避免盐雾外泄

Sealed trough: With water seal principle, it is used to prevent salt spray leaking outside.

饱和空气桶: 压缩空气经过该桶加温、加湿后以达到饱和湿度。

Saturated air barrel: The compressed air, after heated and wetted by this barrle that is made of stainless steel, becomes saturated.

盐水储藏室:储藏盐水以备盐水槽使用。

Salt water storeroom: Used to store brine for the use of the brine tank.

排 气 管:直径为英制1.5寸大小,从此处接排气管到室外,使试验室里的盐雾能够自然排出

Exhaust pipe: Its diameter is 1.5 inches or so. Connected from here outdoor, it is used to exhaust the salt spray from the laboratory outside naturally

排 水 管:直径为英制4分大小,从此处接排水管到到室外,试验室内的废水由此排出

Drain pipe: Its diameter is 4inch. Connected from here outdoor, it is used to drain the waste water from the laboratory outside.

入 水 口: 补充试验室及饱和桶之水至正常使用状况

Water inlet: Used to supplement the water of the laboratory and the saturated air bucket into normal use state.

 

控制系统:

Control system:

试验室温控表:控制实验室温度以达到试验标准规定要求 。

Laboratory temperature controller:
Used to control the temperature of the laboratory so as to ensure it meets the requirements of the test standards.

饱和空气桶温控表:控制饱和空气桶之温度以达到试验标准规定要求 。

Saturated air barrel temperature controller:
Used to control the temperature of the saturated air barrel so as to ensure it meet the requirements of the test standards.

计 时 器:设定实验所需时间,范围0.01S——9990H,时间到自动停机。

Timer: Used to set the time needed for testing between 0.01S and

9,990h. When the set time is reached, the device may

automatically stop.

累 时 器:累积机器总的喷雾时间。

Time accumulator: Used to accumulate the total spray time of the device.

饱和空气桶的温度控制器保护器:位于控制箱内,温度安全设定值比实际温度高10℃。

Saturated air barrel temperature controller:
Located in the control box with the temperature safety value set 10℃ higher than the actual temperature.

左方低水位警报灯:当试验室内的水位低于下限,此灯亮并切断电源。

Left low water warning lamp: When the water level in the laboratory is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and cut off the power.

右方低水位警报灯:当饱和空气桶之水位低于下限,此灯亮并切断操作系统。

Right low water warning lamp: When the water level in the saturated air bucket is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the operation system is cut off.

电源开关:控制全机之总电源

Power switch: Used to control the main power of the whole device.

操作开关:控制试验室加热水槽及饱和空气桶之加热系统

Operation switch: Used to control the heating system of the

laboratory heating water tank and the saturated air bucket.

定时器开关:控制时间控制器之电源

Timer switch: Used to control the power of the timer.

左方低水位警报灯:加热水槽之水位低于下限,则此灯亮并切断电源

Left low water warning lamp: When the water level in the heating water tank is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the power is cut off.

右方低水位警报灯:饱和空气桶之水位低于下限,则此灯亮,并切断操作系统

Right low water warning lamp: When the water level in the saturated air bucket is lower than the lower limit, the lamp will be on and the operation system is cut off.

喷雾开关:控制喷雾系统

Spray switch: Used to control the spray system.

除雾开关:控制除雾系统

Defogging switch: Used to control the defogging system.         

 

安装须知及注意事项

II. Safety Notice

1 电源220V   单相30A

Power: 220V; 1-phase, 30A.

3 机器放置位置后面离墙约1250px左右,两侧预留维修之空间

For the location of the device, its back should keep 1250px or so from the wall and both sides should leave serving space.

5 排水管可用PVC英制4分硬管排放,须注意水管应往下

排气管可用PVC英制1寸半硬管沿伸至室外排放,须注意排气管之安装,可沿水平方向延伸到室外。

  The drainpipe should be 4” PVC hard pipe and must be always downward. The exhaust pipe should be of 1.5” PVC pipe and extend outdoor for exhausting. Attention must be paid on the installation of the exhaust pipe and it should extend horizontally outdoor.  

4.机器之安装位置,请避免阳光直照射,以免影响测试之条件。

The installation location of the device should avoid direct sunshine and avoid affecting the conditions of testing.

5.机器之安装位置,应尽量勿靠近其它电器设备或易燃物品,以免危险。

For the installation location of the device, it should be kept away from other electrical appliances or flammable articles so as to avoid risk.

6.本机器为PVC塑料制成,请勿用力碰撞,以免破裂,使用温度请勿超出试验标准范围,以免因过热而变形

This device should be made of PVC. Never impact it with force to avoid breaking it. The temperature should not be out of the standard range for testing so as to avoid distortion due to overheat.

 操作说明

III. Operation 

1   请先将直径8mm的气管连接接至机台后方的入气口,气管 的另一端接至空压机。
  Connect one end of an air pipe of 8mm diameter to the air inlet on the back of the device and another end to the air compressor.

2   将后方进气压力调整至2kg/cm2,其压力可由压力表得之(顺时针增加,逆时针减少)
  Adjust the rear inlet pressure to 2 kg/cm2, and its pressure can be read from the pressure guage (clockwise for increase; anticlockwise for decrease).

3   将入水管接至自动入水口,本机采用自动加水装置,故须接入水管,否则只能采用手动加水。
Connect the water inlet pipe to the automatic water inlet. This device adopts automatic watering device, so it must be connected to the water pipe; otherwise, water can be added with hand only.

4   排水管及排气管的连接如前页所示。
  The connection of the drainpipe and exhaust pipe is as indicated in the previous pag

5   将密封水槽加满水,调配试验溶液
  Add water into the sealed water tank until it is full and prepare the testing solution.

调制方法:
Method to prepare the testing solution:

a)   取9.5升纯净蒸馏水,测试其PH值是否在6.5至7.2之间。Prepare 9.5L purified distilled water and check if its pH value is between 6.5-7.2.

  PH值如大于7.2 则加入少许冰醋酸。
  If pH value is higher than 7.2, add a little iced acetic acid.

  PH值如小于6.5则加入少许氢氧化钠。
  If pH value is lower than 6.5, add a little sodium hydroxide.

(以上b、c步骤如使用纯水并不需要量测)(For b and c above, if purified water is used, no measurement is needed).

d) 加入500g氯化钠(NaCl).搅拌均匀。
Add 500g sodium chloride (NaCl) and mix them equal.

6. 将配好的盐水倒入盐水储藏室,即可自动补充盐水到试验室内的盐水槽里。
Pour the prepared brine into the salt water storeroom, then it can be supplied into the brine tank in the laboratory.

7. 往湿球杯加水,湿球温度计表面覆着纱布,纱布末端应置于湿球杯内。
Add water into the wet bulb cup; cover the surface of the wet bulb thermometer with gauze whose end should be inside the wet bulb cup.

a) 放置试片或试样于置物架上。
Put the test slice or sample onto the storage shelf.

b) 设定试验室温度
Set test temperature.

a. 中性盐雾试验:试验室温度 35℃  饱和空气桶温度  47℃ 
b. 腐蚀试验:试验室温度  50℃       饱和空气桶温度  63
Temp-tester:   NSS.ACSS 35℃ ±1℃/ CASS 50℃ ±1℃
Temp- Saturated Air:NSS.ACSS 47℃ ±1℃/ CASS 63℃ ±1℃

8.  设定试验时间:  0-9990HR   
Set test time: 0-9990HR

10.  先后按下电源和操作按键,这时试验室和饱和空气桶的温度开始增加,直到达到所设定温度。
    Press the power key and operation key in sequence, then the temperature of the laboratory and the saturated air bucket will start increasing until the set temperature is reached.

11. 试验室和饱和空气桶的温度到达设定要求后再按下喷雾按键,调节机器前方的调压阀,将压力调至1kg/cm2,其压力可由压力表得之(顺时针增加,逆时针减少)
    After the temperature of the laboratory and the saturated air barrel reaches the set one, press the spray key and Adjust the pressure governor valve in the front of the device to adjust the pressure to 1 kg/cm2, and its pressure can be read from the pressure guage (clockwise for increase; anticlockwise for decrease).
12. 按下计时按键,试验正式开始,时间到达后,机器自动停机。
    Press the timing key to start the test formally; after the set time is reached, the device will stop automatically.  
13.试验完毕,依顺序将开关全部关闭。
    After the test is over, turn off all switches in sequence.

14.试验中如有异常之现象,请参照功能异常判断表处理
In test, if abnormality occurs, please deal with it by referring to the functional fault judgment list.E

 故障指示

IV: Fault Indication 

A.超温指示灯:左右两方皆有(左方超温指示灯为试验室超温指示,右方超温指示灯为饱和桶超温指示)。当超温灯亮起,有下列三种情况。
Over-temperature indicator lights: There are over-temperature indicator lights on both the left and the right (the left one for the laboratory and the right for the saturated air bucket). When either over-temperature indicator light is on, it indicates the following cases will occur:

1. 超温控制保护器设定错误
The over-temperature control protector is set wrongly.

2. 检查温度设定是否过低,请重新设定
Check if the temperature setting is too low. Please reset it.

3. 如超温指示灯持续亮时,通知本公司处理
If the over-temperature indicator light keeps on, inform us of dealing with it.

B.低水位指示灯:左右两方皆有(左方低水位指示灯为试验室低水位指示,右方低水位指示灯为饱和桶低水位指示)。此灯亮时,将切断操作电源,直至试验室或饱和桶内的用水补充到正常位置,机器才能正常使用。
Low water level indicator lights: There are over-temperature indicator lights on both the left and the right (the left one for the laboratory and the right for the saturated air bucket). When either indicator light is on, the operation power is cut off; the device cannot work normally until the water for the laboratory or the saturated air bucket is supplemented to the normal position.

C.结束指示灯:此灯亮时,表示试验时间至此结束。
End indicator light: When it is on, it indicates that the test time is over.

 功能异常判断及处理

V: Functional Fault Determination and Solution

试验室温度无法上升到所设定之温度
The test temperature of  the laboratory cannot reach the set one.

1 试验室温控制表温度设定过低
The temperature control meter of the laboratory is set too low.

2. 试验室超温控制保护器设定过低
The over-temperature control protector of the laboratory is set too low.

3. 加热系统故障
The heating system is faulty.

4. 电磁继电器故障
The solenoid relay is faulty.

5. 控制器故障
The controller is faulty.

1. 将温度控制器设定于所需温度
Set the temperature control meter at the required temperature.

2. 将超温控制保护器设定于所需温度
Set the temperature control protector at the required temperature.

3. 通知本公司
Inform the manufacturer.

4. 通知本公司
Inform the manufacturer.

5. 通知本公司
Inform the manufacturer.

饱和空气桶温度无法上升到所设定温度
The test temperature of the saturated air bucket cannot reach the set one.

1. 饱和桶温度控制器设定过低
The temperature control meter of the saturated air bucket is set too low.

2. 饱和空气桶超温控制保护器设定过低
The over-temperature control protector of saturated air bucket is set too low.

3. 加热系统故障
The heating system is faulty.

4. 电磁继电器故障
The solenoid relay is faulty.

5. 控制器故障
The controller is faulty.

1. 将温度控制器设定于所需温度
Set the temperature control meter at the required temperature.

2. 将安全保护开关设定于所需温度
Set the safety protection switch at the required temperature.

喷雾量不足Insufficient spray

1. 喷雾调节器放置过低
The spray adjuster is placed too low.

2. 盐水槽内之玻璃过滤器阻塞The glass filter inside the brine tank is blocked.

3. 压力设定过低The pressure is set too low.

1. 将喷雾调节器调高Adjust the spray adjuster to higher place.

2. 将玻璃过滤器清洗干净

Clean the glass filter.

3. 将调压阀调至1kg/cm2之压力

4. 机器后方的调压阀调整至2kg/cm2之压力
Adjust the pressure regulating value to 1kg/cm2; and the pressure regulating valve on the back of the air compressor to 2kg/cm2 pressure available.

无法喷雾时

Unable to spray

1. 电磁阀故障
The solenoid value is faulty.

2. 压力表故障或压力过低
The pressure meter is faulty or the pressure is too low.

3. 中间继电器故障The middle relay is faulty.

4. 喷嘴阻塞
The nozzle is blocked.

4, 将喷嘴拆下清洗

(请小心拆装)
Remove the nozzle and clean it (with care)

水位不足警报灯亮时When the water level warning light is on

表示水位过低
Water level is too low.

检查入水口是否有水源进入Check if water flows into the water inlet.

打开电源后无法运转Unable to run after powered on.

试验室内水位太低时将会切断操作电源
When the water level of the laboratory is too low, the operation power may be cut off.

往试验室内加水至正常位置即可
Add water into the laboratory until the normal position is reached.

喷雾量过高时
Too high spray

1. 喷雾调节器放置过高The spray adjuster is placed too high.

2. 玻璃喷嘴经长期使用,喷嘴口径过大
The glass nozzle is used too long and thus has too larger caliber.

1. 将喷雾调节器调低
Adjust the spray adjuster low.

2. 更换新的玻璃喷嘴
Replace the glass nozzle.

 维护事项

VI. Maintenance

1 试验时间如超过1个月,请将试验室内的水更换
If the test time is over one month, replace the water in the laboratory.

2 试验用之盐液如超过一星期未使用,请勿再使用,以免影响检测品质。
Never reuse the saline solution for test that has been idle for more than one week so as to avoid affecting the test quality.

3 试验时间每超过72小时,请将空压机内之积水排放
For every 72h test time, drain the accumulated water in the air compressor.

4 试验时间如超过200小时,请更换空压机内机油
If the test time is over 200h, please replace the oil inside the air compressor.

5 本次试验做完,如离下次试验时间间隔较长,请于此次试验完毕后请将试验室内的水排放,并清洗干净。
After the test is over, if long time is from this test to the next one, drain all water in the laboratory and clean the device thoroughly.
※试验室内之水排放---------------打开排水阀
Drainage of the water in the laboratory-Open the drainage valve.
※密封水槽内之水排放---------------将胶塞拔起
Drainage of the water in the water tank-Plug the rubber out.
※盐水槽内之水排放---------------将内部胶塞拔起
Drainage of the water inside the brine tank-Plug the inner rubber out.

6 为确保测试质量之标准,每使用3000小时,请定期更换璃喷喷嘴。
In order to ensure the standard of the test quality, when the device is used successively for 3,000h, please replace the glass nozzle regularly.
